Yes, you can add help form on the product page of your store. Suppose, you want to create a form in a pop-up on the product page of your e-commerce store that your customers can fill to seek information about the product. To do so, follow the steps mentioned below:

• Go to “Site” - > “Forms” section in StoreHippo Admin Panel to create a custom form.
• Click the “Add New” button in the top right corner.
• Provide the form Name as “ask_for_help” and add the fields.
• After entering all the required details, click the “Save” button and the form will be created.
