Can I add Cc and Bcc in the email notifications?

Yes, the StoreHippo ecommerce platform allows you to add Cc and Bcc in the email notifications. You can enter the multiple email ids to be kept in Cc and Bcc while sending an email. To add Cc and Bcc under the email notifications of your e-commerce store, follow the steps mentioned below:

• Go to the “Settings” -> “Notifications” section in the StoreHippo Admin Panel.
• Proceed to add a new email notification or edit an existing email notification. To know about email notifications, go to the helpcenter - https://help.storehippo.com/topic/adding-notifications 
• In the “Cc” field, enter the multiple email ids to be kept in cc while sending an email.
• In the “Bcc” field, enter the multiple email ids to be kept in bcc while sending an email.
• Save the changes.
