Yes, StoreHippo allows you to create a location-based substore within the ecommerce store. For creating the location-based substores, follow these steps:

• First, you need to enable the multistore functionality from the “Settings” - > “MISC” section of the StoreHippo Admin Panel.
• Go to the “Settings” - > “Substores” section to create substores.
• Next, set up the default  substores in the “Settings” - > “MISC” section.
• Go to the “Products” - > “Products” section and link the products to substores.
