Yes, the StoreHippo ecommerce platform allows you to create an order replacement. Suppose your customer has placed an order and due to some reasons you want to create a replacement for the order. StoreHippo allows you to do so. To create an order replacement in your e-commerce store, follow these steps:

• Go to the “Orders” - > “Returns” section in the StoreHippo Admin Panel.
• Select the order for creating replacement.
• Click the “Create Replacement Order” button.
• Add the alternative products and click the “Create Order” button.
