Can I display a message text-box on the checkout page of my e-commerce store?

You can display a message text box on the checkout page of your e-commerce store. This message text-box can be used to collect any extra information from the user while placing an order. You can add a message text-box on the checkout page of your ecommerce store by creating an Order Option form. To create the order option form, follow the steps given below:

• Go to “Site” - > “Forms” section in StoreHippo Admin Panel.
• Click the “Add New” button.
• Enter “order_option” as the form name.
• In the form, create a field. Provide the name of the field as “Message” and label as “message”. 
• Now, select the type as “Textarea”.
• Click on the “Save” button to save the form.
