Can I set automatic mailers to the users who add the products in cart and leave without completing order?

Yes, StoreHippo allows you to set the automatic mailers which will be sent to a user’s abandoned checkout in order to bring them back to where they left and make them complete their order. Two abandoned cart mailers are sent to the users of your e-commerce store, each after a predefined time interval. You can define the time interval as per your requirements. To set the automatic abandoned cart mailers for your ecommerce store, follow the steps given below:

• Go to the “Settings” - > “MISC” section in the StoreHippo Admin Panel.
• Select the “Abandoned Mailer” checkbox to enable the abandoned cart mailers.
• After you enable the Abandoned Mailer functionality, you can set the time intervals for the abandoned mailers. 
• Provide a number in the interval field and format in hours or days.
