Yes, the StoreHippo ecommerce platform allows you to set shipping charges on the orders placed in your store for various conditions such as order total, order weights, different countries, sellers, etc. To set the shipping charges for specific seller in your e-commerce store, follow these steps:

• Go to “Settings” - > “Shipping Methods” section of StoreHippo Admin Panel. 
• Click on the “Add New” button.
• Provide the name of the shipping method and select “Manual” in the “Type” field.
• Select the “Enable” checkbox to enable the shipping cost.
• Select the "Specific Seller" and choose a seller from the drop-down. 
• Click on the “Save” button.
