Can I track transactions of the affiliate account?

Yes, the StoreHippo ecommerce platform allows you to keep track of different transactions that take place in the affiliate account of your ecommerce store. Along with that, you view and manage these transactions. All ledger is maintained in the “Affiliates” - > “Affiliate ledger” section of the StoreHippo Admin Panel. Here, all the transactions are listed for the following cases: 

• For paid order: When an order is paid, the transaction for the order is added to the affiliate ledger as a commission. 
• For cancelled order: If the order is cancelled, the entry in the affiliate ledger is reversed. 
• For order returns: The entry for order returns and refunds are automatically debited.
