Describe the procedures of Return policy & Refund policy?

If a return request is sent to the shipping provider from either the shipper or receiver end both the parties will be notified & in case of prepaid payment made by the customer it will be refunded back to the customer's bank a/c as per payment gateway terms & conditions.

Customers can request for a return from "My orders" section. They can also do a partial order return and can state the reason for returning the order. The request will come to the admin and the admin can then decide whether he wants to the return the order or not. Return shipment can be made from the admin panel itself.
