Yes, the StoreHippo ecommerce platform allows you to set up different payment methods for different substores. However, to do this, you need to create sub stores and then you can set different payment methods for different substores. Once you have created different substores in you e-commerce store, follow the steps mentioned below to add different payment methods for each substores:

• Go to the “Settings” - > “Payment methods” section in the StoreHippo Admin Panel.
• Click the “Add New” button to add a new payment method.
• A form will open up with the multiple fields.
• Enter the payment method name in the “Name” field and select the type of the payment method from “Type” drop-down. 
• If you have selected “Payment Gateways” as an option, then you need to select the payment gateway by clicking on the “Add Gateways” button.
• After that, click the “Add Condition” button.
• Select the “Substore” option in “Field” and “equals” in “Operator” field. 
• Now, mention the “Value” as a substore name.
• After entering the condition, click the “Insert Condition” button. 
• Select the “Enable” checkbox to set the payment gateway on your website. 
• You can also provide the “Additional Charges” if needed. 
• Click the “Save” button to store the payment method for the selected substore.
