Does StoreHippo ecommerce platform provide support for store pickup functionality?

Yes, the Store ecommerce platform provides the support for pickup at stores functionality. When you enable this functionality, your customers can choose the order to pick up from the store instead of getting it delivered. You can also create a different time slot for the order pick up and customers can choose the suitable time for the pick up. 

Along with that, if you have multiple stores at different locations, the customers can select the store of their choice. When the customer proceeds for checkout after entering the name and mobile number, the different store addresses are displayed and the customer can select any one of them. Enabling the store pickup functionality is the two steps process.

  • Create the time slots for pickups: First, you need to create the pickup time slots. You can create the pickup time slots in the “Site” - > “Forms” section in the StoreHippo admin panel. After that, you can create the time slot widgets.
  • Edit the store pick up form: Now, you need to edit the store pickup form in the “Design theme” section in the StoreHippo admin panel. In the “HTML” section, you will find the “Store Pickup” widget and here you can edit the store pickup form as needed.
