Yes, the StoreHippo ecommerce platform provides support for the OTP validation during the delivery of orders. When the order is marked as shipped an OTP is sent to the customer. When the delivery associate marks the order delivered, the “Enter OTP” field appears and the delivery associate needs to enter the OTP received by the customer.
