• First, you need to add the multistore entity “ms.navigations” in the “Settings” - > “MISC” section of the StoreHippo Admin Panel.
• Now, go to the “Site” - > “Navigation” section.
• Proceed to add or edit navigation. There will be a “Substore” field. 
• Select the substores from the “Substore” dropdown.
• After assigning the substore, click the “Save” button to apply the changes.
