Does the StoreHippo ecommerce platform support partial refunds?

Yes, the StoreHippo ecommerce platform provides support for partial refunds. An order is eligible for a refund only if it is either cancelled or returned. To refund the partial amount for an order of you e-commerce store, follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Go to the “Orders” -> “Refunds” section in the StoreHippo Admin Panel.
  • Click the “Add New” button.
  • Select the order ID and RMA ID.
  • Select “Partial” as refund type.
  • Provide the mode of the refund.
  • Enter the refund amount.
  • Click the “Save” button to apply the changes.
