How can I add seller ledger rules via CSV on StoreHippo?

StoreHippo allows you to keep a record of all the transactions that take place in the sellers’ accounts. You can view and manage these transactions in the seller ledger easily accessible through the StoreHippo admin panel. 

You can also import a seller ledger via CSV. To do that, follow these steps:

• Go to the Sellers panel and click on Export under ellipses.
• You will see a pop-up dialogue box with various export options. You need to check the 'Show Ledger Columns' and then press the 'Send email' option.
• Your CSV will be exported instantly. It will be sent to you via email on your registered email ID. You can also check the CSV file out in the Logs section.
• Click on the Export Logs section and look up the latest entry. Be sure to check the timestamp to verify if it's the right exported file.
• Click on View File link in the Records as shown below
• This opens a CSV/Excel file, it looks something like this.
• You can define multiple seller ledger entries in this CSV file, in bulk. Go to the columns named Type, Amount, Action, Description, etc. Fill in the relevant ledger entries to set up the rules you want.
• Go back to the Seller Ledger section under the Sellers menu. Click on the ellipses and click on the Import button.
• A pop-up box will appear asking you for a file to import. Select the file and then click the import button.
• After the import is done, go back to the Seller ledger section. You will see the new rules you applied in the CSV file.
