How can I create the franchise request form in my e-commerce store?

Creating a franchise request form in your e-commerce store is the three steps process - creating a new form, creating a new page, and adding the page to the navigation. Follow the steps below to add a new franchise request form:

Create a custom form

First of all, you need to create a new custom form by following the steps given below:

• Go to “Site” - > “Forms” section in the StoreHippo Admin Panel.
• Click the “Add New” button and a new form will open up.
• Provide the Name as “franchise_information_request_form” fields and add the required fields.
• After providing the details, click the Save button.

Create a new page

After creating a custom form, you need to embed the form in the page to show the form on Storefront.

• Go to “Site” - >  “Pages” section in the StoreHippo admin Panel. 
• Click the “Add New” button. 
• Go to the Content field to edit the content of the page. 
• Click the “Code Editor” tab and add the code snippet to embed the form in the page.

Add the page to the navigation

Finally, you need to provide the form link on the header of the store for the users. You can do that by adding new navigation.

• Go to “Site” - > “Navigations” section in the StoreHippo Admin panel. 
• Click on the “top-header” navigation.
• Provide the required details and click the Save button.
