How do coupon codes work? Will the codes be generated after the order or do we need to generate first and give it to the customer?

StoreHippo lets you offer coupon codes to your customers. You are required to create the coupon code first and then share it with the user so that they can use it while placing the order.
You can create the coupon codes in Marketing > Coupon codes section in StoreHippo admin panel.
