How to add a checkbox for terms and conditions in seller form?

Follow the steps mentioned below to add a checkbox for “terms and conditions” in the seller form of your e-commerce site:

• Go to the “Site” - > “Forms” section in the StoreHippo Admin Panel and open the seller form.
• Click the “Add Field” button to add a new field.
• Provide the “Field label” as “I agree to the store’s Seller Privacy Policy and “Field name” as “terms_and_conditions”. Also, add the link. 
• Select Type as “Checkbox” and “Required” checkbox.
• Click the “Save” button to apply the changes.
