How to always display "Check Pin code Availability"?

Please follow the steps to display Pin code Availability:
1. Go to Design Theme in StoreHippo Admin Panel.
2. Type "COD" in search bar on left side.
3. Check both the options "check cod availability" and "show check cod option".
4. Click Save.
