Signing Up On Tidio Live

• Go to the https://www.tidio.com/
• Click the Try it out button.
• Choose the sign up method and provide your details to create the free account.
• After creating the account, configure your live chat.
• You will be asked to provide your name, choose the language and chat widget’s color. You can also upload your own avatar! You can also edit that later in Widget Settings.
• In the next step, add your website’s address, choose a country and your industry. 
• You will see the best recommended based on the industry you are in.
• You can also edit the bots or create completely new bots later, once your account will be ready to use.
• After that, adjust your automated message to start sending it right away.
• Next, choose how you want to install the Tidio code. Click the Show me the code! button. 
• Now, you can copy the javascript code and paste this code just before the closing </head> tag.

Configuring Tidio Live on StoreHippo

• To configure Tidio Live on StoreHippo, get the public key from the Tidio. 
• Copy the public key and go to Advance settings -> Apps section in your StoreHippo Admin panel. 
• Go to the StoreHippo app store.
• After that, install the TIDIO Chat app.
• Finally, in the app setting, enter the copied public key.
