How to set up delivery availability feature in my e-commerce store?

In the StoreHippo ecommerce platform, you can add Delivery Availability option to ensure that if the delivery is available at a particular pin code or area/city. To enable the delivery pin codes, follow the steps given below:

  • Go to the “Settings” section in the StoreHippo Admin Panel.
  • Click the “Shipping settings” option.
  • Select the “Enable delivery availability” checkbox to enable the delivery availability functionality in your ecommerce store.
  • After that, in the “Availability criteria” field, select either Pincodes or City. If you choose City, the delivery availability for the area is enabled and if you choose Pincodes, the pin code availability is enabled.
  • Click the “Save” button to apply the changes.

Enabling the delivery pin code option will create a section called Delivery Availability. When the Delivery Pincodes option is selected, the user is allowed to check availability with pin codes.
