Yes, you can set different shipping costs for different states in your e-commerce store. To set the shipping charges based on the states, follow these steps:

• Go to “Settings” - > “Shipping Methods” section of StoreHippo Admin Panel. 
• Click on the “Add New” button.
• Provide the name of the shipping method and select “Manual” in the “Type” field.
• Select the “Enable” checkbox to enable the shipping cost.
• Choose “Specific Countries” from the “Countries” drop-down.
• Select the “Country” as “India” and “States” as “Specific states”.
• Select the state for which you want to apply the shipping charges.
• Click the “Save” button to apply the changes.

Now, if the user orders from that state, the shipping charges will be applied. In the same way, create the shipping charges for the other states as well.
