I want to remove "collections", "pages", and "product" from my URL, for example, www.abc.com/herbal-product instead of www.abc.com/product/herbal-product.

The keywords like product, page, and collection in URL doesn't have any impact on SEO.
The URL schema in StoreHippo is designed keeping Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in mind. StoreHippo uses best practices for effective SEO for your store.
Changing the URL schema will affect the sitemap xml. Sitemap xml is automatically generated according to URL of product/category/page. If the URL is changed (or custom URL is created), then sitemap will not fetch URL automatically and will break up sitemap.xml which will be an issue for SEO.
StoreHippo provides URLs consisting of only one folder and in canonical form. Google prefers up to two folders and canonical URLs to improve link and ranking signals for content available through multiple URL structures or via syndication. For more, please refer Use canonical URLs. Hence there should not be any problem with the URL.
If still there are some issues, we also provide the option to change the alias, if you think that your URL is too long, you can change the alias of the product to use your keywords.
If you need multiple starting URLs for marketing purposes, you can also use URL Redirects to achieve that.
