Is product tracking facility available for customers? Is that mail automated?

Once a customer places an order, order status i.e. shipped, in-transit, delivered can be seen in the orders section. He can also get a brief order status by entering the AWB on the track order section on the storefront. Moreover, if he wants a detailed order delivery tracking, he can track it through the AWB number on the respective logistic partners' website.
