Hey! I've canceled one of my shipment from Order > Shipments section in your portal but the amount I was charged for the shipment has not been refunded? What does the status pending verification states? When will the amount be refunded?

The status of the shipment is changed to "Pending verification" once the admin cancels a particular shipment. This status is changed to "cancelled" once we verify from the respective courier provider whether the services for the respective order was actually given or not.
If the courier provider did not give any service, the amount charged will be refunded, else not.
It takes approximately 12-15 days from the day the shipment was made for ShipKaro/StoreHippo to get the verification for the respective shipment.
