Sometimes when an order is generated, it doesn't show in our order list and we don't get email notification for same. But it does show in our abandoned cart. Please help us understand the issue.

This issue is encountered when the response from the payment gateway is not shared with the platform resulting in receiving the payment but the order does not get created. Hence, this issue lies at the payment gateways' end.
To handle this, StoreHippo has integrated with multiple payment gateways that support reconciliation API.
