Store Balance is the amount charged by StoreHippo for the services it provides, for instance, SMS notifications, etc.
COD Balance is the amount remitted to your StoreHippo Account when you ship your order through StoreHippo Logistics which is visible in COD Ledger Account.
Total Balance is COD Balance minus Store Balance. If it is a positive figure, then you can place your withdrawal request and if it is a negative figure then you need to pay to continue using our seamless services.
